The Faculty

The Keystone of Excellence

The Reconnection Institute’s esteemed Faculty serves as the keystone of our research and development efforts, supporting and driving innovation in the field of relationship counselling. The Reconnection Institute has been proudly established with an ongoing commitment to fostering excellence and creating lasting impact for professionals who are dedicated to making a difference, particularly in the realm of infidelity. Our respected collective of experts ensures that our unwavering commitment to ethical practice and long-term objectives for recovering couples remains at the forefront of our mission.

The core research mission of our faculty is two-fold:

  1. Developing an ‘Accelerated Couples Therapy Model’ that integrates cognitive-behavioural techniques with solution-focused coaching strategies to help couples achieve transformative change more efficiently.
  2. Pioneering an ‘Integrative Infidelity Recovery Approach’ that treats the trauma of infidelity while repairing relational bonds through trust-rebuilding interventions.

Our goal is to rigorously study and contrast the outcomes of these two innovative methodologies to determine best practices for different clinical populations. Once this research validates optimal therapeutic models, The Reconnection Institute will launch comprehensive training programs to disseminate these approaches to couples’ therapists globally.
